NADRA issues CRC – Child Registration Certificate (or B-Form) for children under age of 18 years. Check complete procedure & other details below.

Documents Required:

• Original CNICs of father & mother with photocopy
• Child’s father name must be available on Mother’s CNIC
• Union Council’s “Child Birth Certificate” (Original & copy)

Steps:

• Visit of father & mother to NADRA office is compulsory
• Pay Fee & get Token from counter
• Officer will take fingerprints of father & mother
• Operator will then enter your data & give you its Print
• Check well your data & sign on this form / print
• NADRA then sends SMS on your mobile, that Certificate is ready
• Get your CRC personally from NADRA Office on time

Tips:

• For fingerprints, avoid dust / mehendi / oil on fingers
• Keep enough change of money with you
• Keep a pen with you
