Apply for New Driving License in Karachi

To obtain a Permanent Driving License, individuals who possess a Learning License can refer to the guidelines and steps outlined below.

• Once you have completed the 42-day Learning License period, you become eligible to apply for a Permanent License, which is issued for durations of either three or five years.
• As part of the Permanent License application process, you will need to attach one photo each to the Medical Form and the License Form, along with a copy of your CNIC.
• To obtain your Permanent License, you must pass a series of tests, including Theory, Medical, Driving, and Parking. These tests are mandatory and help ensure that you are a competent and safe driver.
• Once you have completed all the necessary steps, your new Permanent License will be delivered to your address via TCS. Please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date information when filling out your application.
