Passport Office Timings:
Passport offices are open from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 01:00 PM and on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The Executive Passport Office is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:45 to 02:00 PM. It is closed on Saturdays.
Passport Delivery Timings:
Passports are delivered from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM, with a lunch and prayers break on Fridays from 12.30 PM to 01.30 PM.

Renewal of Expired Passport:
If your passport is expired, you can renew it. If it is not expired, you can still renew it.
Documents Required:
If you are under 18 years old, you will need the following documents:
- Original National Bank Challan Receipt for Passport Fee
- Children Registration Cert-CRC (B-Form) with 2-copies
- Photocopies of Parents’ National Identity Cards (CNICs)
- Expired Passport & copy to renew
- Applicant must reach Passport Office with Father & Mother
If you are 18 years old or above, you will need the following documents:
- Original National Bank Challan Receipt for Passport Fee
- Original CNIC/ NICOP/ Smart-Card with 2- photocopies

Process / Steps:
To renew your MRP, follow these steps:
- Go to the Regional Passport Office Customer Service Counter.
- Get the original National Bank Challan Receipt for Passport Fee.
- Show your original NIC/NICOP/Smart Card/CRC(B-Form).
- Your photograph will be taken, and a token will be issued.
- On your turn, staff will take your fingerprints.
- A data entry operator will take your data and give you a printed copy.
- Read the printed form carefully and sign below.
- Collect a duplicate token from the Data Entry Counter.
- Get verification for Exit Control List-ECL & Black List-BL.
- You have to pass/clear an interview with the Assistant Director.
- If you are under 18 years old, you will need attestation from a Class-1 Govt. Officer on the printed form given by the Data Entry Operator.
- The officer will write his NIC, Contact No. with Stamp on the form.
Important Notes:
- Children below the age of 15 are issued passports that are valid for 5 years only.
- Passports that are valid for 5 years cannot be converted into 10-year passports.
- Children are issued separate passports and are not allowed to be included in their parents' passports.
- In the event of a lost or stolen passport, a copy of the police first information report (FIR) must be submitted.
- If a passport is lost for the first time, a double fee will be charged.
- If a passport is lost for the second time, the fee charged will be four times the original amount.
- If a passport is lost for the third time, the case will be referred to the headquarters.
- Executive passport offices are located in 13 cities across Pakistan, including Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Quetta, Gujrat, Lahore, and Sahiwal.

- For fingerprinting, avoid mehndi/dust/oil on your fingers.
- Keep change with you when going to the Passport Office.
- Bring a pen to fill the National Bank's Challan and extra copies of your CNIC.
