Documents Required:
- Original NIC of a Parent (father OR mother)
- Original Child Registration Certificate (B-Form) OR Original Matric Certificate OR Original Matric Marks-Sheet OR Original Domicile OR Original Passport
Procedures:
- Goto NADRA office with your husband/ wife/ father/ mother/ brother/ sister/ son/ daughter, with their NIC/ NICOP
- Fingerprints of your any above relative will also to be taken
- For fingerprints, avoid dust, mehendi or oil on fingers
- When NICOP is ready, NADRA will inform you by SMS on your mobile phone
- Get your NICOP personally from NADRA Centre on time
